At LOVESE Furniture Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LOVESE Furniture Shop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
